Where the WILD things are!

Yes, yes, yes... I am going to take the kids and Geemah to the San Diego Zoo.  We are going to check out the sights.  We are going to be touristy.  We are going to see wild animals in beautifully made habitats.  All these things we will do.

Do you know that my feet will hurt? Do you KNOW that my wallet will be screaming out in pain?Do you know that I am not super fond of zoos, but that I go anyway? Do you know that we will have a lovely time and I will take a TON of pictures? Do you know that I bought a "zoom lens" for my camera... thanks to some lovely people who gave me some money at Christmas? Do you know that I can't wait to REALLY try out that zoom lens at the zoo? 

I always have thought that my zoo pictures have been lacking since the animals are usually too far away to have delightful photos. Cross your fingers that I have some great photos to share tomorrow!
