I made our family's favorite buttermilk griddle cakes and bacon for breakfast.
Now, I should be packing.
Why didn't I follow Pops' advice and get it done earlier... I dislike packing for the kids. Figuring out how many of this and how many of that to take along. ICK. Oh, well...
Today, while Pops takes my dad and sister to the airport, I will spend time packing with the help of my mom. We will be leaving this afternoon/evening to begin our journey to Southern California!
Off to pack...
