Apparent Success

No guarantees on how successful it all was... but it feels good to learn something new and to see it all come together!

Here are the tallies:

  • Candied Apples - 12 half-pints
  • Chunky Cinnamon Applesauce - 2 quarts, 1 pint
  • Sweet Meat - 6 pints, 2 half-pints
  • Apple Butter - 2 pints, 4 half-pints, 9 4-oz. jelly jars

    That is AWESOME!! I canned a couple years back when I "only" had three kids. ;)

    Don't you just love how beautiful all the jars look sitting there?
